E4P proposes clause on practitioner qualifications.
E4PInc’s Cyber Team proposed a clause to empower the Minister to make Regulations to specify practitioner qualifications. This has been sent to the committee. Peter DeVita, the E4P President, has been made a Witness for the Bill.
